Wheat for Life
The wheat distribution will ensure that families will have a source of food for months.
We have partnered with Vaseela-E-Khalaq to help the some of the poorest people in Baluchistan. This area was devastated by the 2022 floods. It continuously rained for 48 hours; thousands of people were left homeless.
The wheat distribution will ensure that families will have a source of food for months. The wheat can be used to make flour which can then be used to make bread, which is a stable food in this region. The wheat husk can also be used as animal feed.
The amount of wheat provided will be according to family size; minimum 160kg for small family (2-4 persons)and maximum 320kg per family (5-10 persons). We will provide for over 100 families.
