These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hiddenhumanity.org (the “Site”) and any services provided by Hidden Humanity, a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-2883598) incorporated in California (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The information on this Site — including campaign descriptions, impact reports, and transparency data — is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. 2. Donation processing
Donations made through this Site are processed by Stripe. By completing a donation you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Donations are made to Hidden Humanity (EIN 92-2883598). Operating costs are covered by a separate registered charity, Hidden Humanity Administration (EIN 93-2898074), so that 100% of your donation to this Site can reach beneficiaries.
All donations are made voluntarily and at your own discretion. Hidden Humanity is a registered nonprofit and your gift may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult our Donation Policy for information about refunds, recurring donations, and campaign designations.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any database connected to it.
- Transmit unsolicited promotional communications (“spam”) or any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the Site in contravention of these Terms.
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without our prior written consent.
