Help Keep a Carpentry Workshop Running in Kabul
I’m
In Kabul, a small carpentry workshop is providing vulnerable orphaned youth with more than just a job — it is giving them stability, practical skills, daily meals, and a pathway toward independence.
The workshop trains young men in carpentry and woodwork while also providing them with:
•Two meals a day
•Hands-on vocational training
•A monthly salary to support themselves and their families
However, frequent electricity outages in Kabul regularly bring the workshop to a halt.
To keep operations running, the workshop urgently needs a new generator to power its electrical machinery during blackouts.
Funding Need
•Generator Cost: $800
A reliable generator will allow the workshop to continue operating consistently, ensuring these young apprentices can continue learning, earning, and building a future for themselves.
Your support will help sustain both employment and vocational training for orphaned youth in Afghanistan.

No payments to ministers, deputy commissioners, or local fixers — ever.
Project donations are committed; ops costs are funded separately at hiddenhumanity.com.
Every dollar raised here is matched to a distribution row in our public record.
Where this campaign stands today
Raised, deployed, and items delivered are sourced from the same ledger_entries table our finance team reconciles against. The numbers below match the admin transparency view exactly.
Updated live from the public ledger.
A monthly commitment is the most efficient gift you can give us.
Recurring donors stay with us 5× longer than one-time givers, which means we can plan distributions, lock vendor pricing, and stand by communities through the quiet seasons — not just the headline crises.
